1. General Connection & Agreement

Each player may only open one account at rd73. Multiple accounts by the same person are not allowed, and if discovered, all related accounts may be suspended and seized. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be handled at rd73's discretion.

2.3 Accurate information must be provided

Players must fill in complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. rd73 reserves the right to close any account opened with false or fake information. If any personal details change, the player must notify the rd73 support team immediately.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Payment methods

rd73 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay. Payments can only be made through these methods, and players must send funds from a payment account registered in their own name.

3.2 Deposit methods and minimum amount

  • Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for any method)
  • After depositing, there may be a short wait before the balance reflects on the platform
  • For bonus-related deposits, additional terms may apply — see the relevant bonus terms and conditions

3.3 Withdrawal methods and minimum amount

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours (processed during regular Myanmar business hours)
  • Until a withdrawal request is completed, players must not change the amount being withdrawn
  • Any withdrawal may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete

3.4 Financial checks

To prevent money laundering, rd73 has the right to review a player's payment activity. If suspicious financial transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation period.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 First deposit bonus

rd73 offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after completing a wagering requirement of 25x.

Example:

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks to withdraw
  • Deposit 220,000 Ks → receive 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum) → balance 320,000 Ks → must wager 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks to withdraw

4.2 Bonus restrictions

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met
  • While a bonus is active, the player may withdraw their own funds, but the bonus will be forfeited
  • Each player may claim the first deposit bonus once only
  • If it is found that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, the bonus will be voided

4.3 Promotion changes

rd73 may change promotions, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform.

5. VIP Level and Cashback Program

At rd73, players can reach 5 VIP levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) based on their play volume. Each VIP level includes the following weekly cashback —

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
  • Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP level upgrades depend on the player's continued activity and play volume, and will be determined at rd73's discretion. Cashback amounts will be credited within the specified period as stated, and rd73 reserves the right to require a wagering requirement on cashback funds as well.

6. Player Responsibilities

6.1 Personal account use only

Players must manage their own rd73 account personally and must not allow anyone else to use their account. Players are responsible for keeping their password secure, and rd73 will not be liable for any losses resulting from use of that password.

6.2 Prohibited actions

  • Using any technical software that affects game outcomes
  • Attempting to access the platform's code or data without authorization
  • Manipulating deposit/withdrawal methods with the intent to obtain bonuses
  • Abusive language or harassment toward other users on the platform or toward the support team
  • Playing with funds that are not your own, or engaging in money laundering practices

6.3 Privacy

Players must not allow anyone else to access their account. Players must protect their account from techniques used to expose credentials (e.g. phishing), and rd73 will not be responsible for any losses arising from such methods.

7. Game Decisions and Result Records

7.1 Game Results

The result of every game is determined by rd73 platform's random number generation system (RNG) and that result is final. Players may dispute a result, but must accept rd73's review decision.

7.2 Game Records

Players' game records and deposit/withdrawal records are stored on rd73's servers. These records serve as the official reference for calculating earnings, verifying bonuses, and resolving disputes.

7.3 Technical Issues

rd73 is not responsible for game losses caused by server downtime, software issues, or communication failures. Should such an event occur, rd73 will make every effort to void the game and return the player's stake.
